Associate Abdallah Zakaria was seconded to Allen & Overy Dubai for a period of four months starting February 2012 until June 2012.

Sharkawy & Sarhan and Clifford Chance hosted Finance Documentation Workshop on Investment Grade Loans, Loan Facilities, and Islamic Financing, mainly to banking institutes and high profile companies at the Egyptian Banking Institute in Cairo. (February 2012).
