Jahez Company for Information System Technology on the Egyptian law aspects of acquiring the entire issued share capital of the Chefs Group.
Mashreq Bank PSC on all Egyptian law aspects in relation to the financing granted to Telecom Egypt Company for the purpose of obtaining a license for acquiring 5MHz spectrum in the 1800 MHz band.
Advising on the Client’s questions in relation to the acquisition of MNT Halan, Egypt’s leading and fastest growing fintech ecosystem and conducting a gap analysis on the due diligence report drafted by the buyer’s counsel regarding the acquisition of MNT subsidiaries Mashroey, Tasaheel and Halan CF (the “Target Companies”) by Chimera investments LLC and advising on data protection regulations applicable to the Target.
