Before that, she was a Senior Associate in Zulficar and Partners Law Firm, specializing in the Capital Markets and the M&A Departments. she worked on major transactions in the market in various sectors including the industrial, FMCG, medical, energy, educational, and banking fields.
She also acted as a legal counsel for Nile Scan and Labs Company S.A.E from October 2020 till July 2021, advising Nile Scan group comprising of 5+ companies on proposed expansion plans and investment opportunities. Nourhan has more than 8 yearsâ experience in the legal field.
